Paediatric Dentist

Konstantina Chatzidimitriou started working at the Lygidakis Dental Clinic in 2012.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the School of Dentistry of the University of Athens in 2012 with a grade of “Very Good”. In the period 2013-2015, she retrained as a scholarship holder of the State Scholarship Foundation in the Oral Biology postgraduate program at the School of Dentistry of the University of Athens, from which she graduated with an “Excellent” grade. In 2015-2019, she completed the postgraduate program in Paediatric Dentistry at the Dental School of the University of Athens, with a grade of “Excellent”. In 2021-2022, she participated in the postgraduate program in Medical Research Methodology of the School of Medicine of the AUTH, graduating with the grade “Excellent”. In January 2023, she also completed the New York University CDE program “Minor Tooth Movement for the Advanced General Practitioner”. She is a PhD candidate at the department of preventive and community dentistry, at the School of Dentistry of the University of Athens.
She is a member of the Hellenic Society of Paediatric Dentistry, the European Academy of Paediatric Dentistry and the International Association for Dental Research. She has participated in more than 80 conferences and seminars with over 60 oral and poster presentations and lectures in Greece and abroad. She has published 12 scientific papers, has participated in the writing of a book chapter and has written 3 diploma theses. She has been awarded 3 research prizes in Greece and Europe. Her research and clinical interest includes special patients, dental anomalies, pulp treatments of primary and permanent teeth and dental erosion.
